July 17. This is the day I've been waiting for since I first started using this Macintosh laptop. Every morning when I look down at the dock, I see that the date is ... July 17. Or, more accurately, Jul 17. This is the date on the iCal iCon when it is off. When you run the program, the date displayed in the dock changes to the current date, whatever that might be. So, I know that if I look down and see Jul 17, I need to turn on iCal. Today, however, is different, because it's July 17. All day the only way I've been able to tell if iCal is running is if it has the black triangle underneath it. Why didn't they pick a day like Jan 1 when nobody's looking anyway? You might...
